Once again, we invite you to the Public Meeting for Freedom of Expression, with Lillehammer Director of Culture Kurt Ole Linn hosting.
Joining us on stage are the winner of the Bjørnson Prize, Sofi Oksanen, the winner of the national writing competition ''De unges folketale'', and Nina Jankowicz, an American and internationally recognized expert on disinformation and democratization.
There will also be performances by Kulturhjerte and a newly produced contribution from Musikk i Innlandet, featuring Sofie Tollefsbøl, vocalist and songwriter of the funk-soul band Fieh, and Haldor Røyne, a guitarist who regularly performs with some of Norway’s top folk singers.
Deeyah Khan will unfortunately not be participating as announced in the printed festival program. Instead, Nina Jankowicz will be joining us.
