Workshop: Open source investigation as a tool for journalists

Freedom of speech is closely connected to press freedom. For journalists it is of great importance to find the keys to lock up the secret rooms and to find and verify the information. In this workshop we will meet Bellingcat´s lead investigator, Christo Grozev, and learn about how he uses open sources to uncover war crimes and oligarch´s connections and hidden fortunes. We would also share best practice in investigative journalism.
