Press accreditation

Press accreditation for WEXFO 2026 is available to Norwegian and international journalists from all types of media (print, radio, TV, online press, photography), including freelance journalists. Accredited journalists will have access to all conference sessions and surrounding events.

Press accreditation for WEXFO is available to journalists working in all media, including print, radio, TV, online media, photojournalism and press attachés.

Accredited journalists are exempt from the conference registration fee; however, they are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and visa expenses (if applicable), unless otherwise agreed.

Accreditation applies to all events that are part of the official World Expression Forum program.

Online accreditation ensures that your credentials will be ready for pick-up upon arrival.

Accredited media may be asked to submit links or copies of published material related to WEXFO 2026, including the date of publication. If the requested material is not provided, WEXFO reserves the right to revoke complimentary accreditation and charge the standard congress pass fee.

Lillehammer UNESCO city of literature

Lillehammer was granted UNESCO City of Literature status as a part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in 2017. It is one of 39 cities of literature, and the only one of its kind in Scandinavia.

The Norwegian Festival of Literature

The Norwegian Festival of Literature, the biggest literary festival in the Scandinavian region, takes place in Lillehammer every year in May/June following the World Expression Forum. The 2025 festival will run from June 2 to June 8.
