Ingvild Kogstad Brodal

Chair

Senior Advisor at the Norwegian Publishers Association, specializing in educational policy, learning technology and the textbook industry, and literary exports. Holds a master's degree in African literature and culture, with graduate studies in law and political science. Formerly served as a project coordinator for Norway's most important literary prize Brageprisen and the Nordic Conference for Educational Publishers and EdTech. Currently a board member at the Norwegian vocational school for bookselling, a deputy board member of Norwegian Arts Abroad and a member of the council of The Norwegian Festival of Literature.

Margit Ketterle

Margit Ketterle is a German publishing executive with extensive experience in non-fiction publishing and freedom of expression work.

She has served as Co‑Speaker of the Freedom of Expression Committee (IG Meinungsfreiheit) in the Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels and was Publishing Director for Non‑Fiction at Droemer Knaur.

In 2022, she was elected to the Board of World Expression Forum. Her board term lasted until November 2025.

Veslemøy Østrem

Veslemøy Østrem

Editor-in-Chief for Altinget Norway. Former Managing News Editor in the Norwegian newspaper Vårt Land and head of the Media Network in Norway. She has held various leadership roles in the media industry, and has led Aftenposten’s policy and finance department, as well as the newspaper’s work to develop new business areas within editorial conferences. Veslemøy was Chair of the WEXFO Program Committee 2022-2025.
