Thomas Breen (Ap) is the county mayor of Innlandet county in Norway. He began his political career in the Folldal municipal council, where he served from 1999 to 2005. During the last two years, he was deputy mayor. He served in the Norwegian Parliament for two terms from 2005 to 2013. From 2015 to 2019, he was the county councilor for business, public health, dental health, and equality in Hedmark county municipality. In the autumn of 2023, he was elected county mayor of Innlandet.
