Khaled is an Egyptian human rights lawyer with deep expertise in global governance and international justice. He is a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University and the Founder and Executive Director of the Arab Leadership Institute, a platform dedicated to equipping the next generation of leaders across the Arab world with the tools to navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful change.rnrnHe has advised the United Nations, governments, and international organizations on youth engagement, peacebuilding, and democratic governance, and previously served as Co-Chair of the United Nations Inter-Agency Network on Youth Development (UN IANYD).rnrnKhaled holds a Master’s degree in International Law from Cairo University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.
