Hanne Skartveit is an editor-at-large at VG. She has a law degree from University of Oslo, and a masters degree in international relations (MIPP) from SAIS, Johns Hopkins University. She has been in VG since 1991, as political reporter, columnist, political editor and now as editor at large.
