Kristian is a Co-owner and Partner at Dalberg Media, a global, mission-driven group, which seeks to empower and mobilize people to solve global challenges by collective, sustained action. Kristian is part of the founding group of Dalberg Media and has led its establishment as well as its expansion on several continents.
Until March 2023, Kristian was also Head of UNLEASH – a global innovation program for the SDGs, which he helped to build from scratch. Previously, Kristian worked at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Copenhagen as well as the Royal Danish Embassy in the United Kingdom.
Kristian has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, where he has also been an instructor in International Relations. Kristian is co-editor of the book 17 Big Bets for a Better World. For his work in the sector, Kristian has been named a UNDP-Samsung Generation17 Leader
