Global power shifts are shrinking the space for dissent - not only through political pressure, but also through new forms of technological influence. In this conversation, Norway’s Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Nobel laureate Maria Ressa explore how geopolitical tensions, AI, social media and disinformation shape the freedom to disagree.
