World Expression Forum (WEXFO) invites young professionals from around the world to apply for the WEXFO Young Experts Networking Seminar, taking place in Lillehammer, Norway, from 21-25 May 2027.

The seminar brings together 70 young people from diverse backgrounds who share a commitment to strengthening freedom of expression and democratic participation. Through discussions, workshops and networking activities, participants will explore key challenges facing freedom of expression today while building international connections and exchanging experiences across cultures and countries.

As part of the program, participants will also take part in the WEXFO conference, where they will meet and engage with journalists, artists, policymakers, civil society organizations and other participants from around the world.

Participation is free of charge for selected participants. WEXFO covers travel, accommodation, meals and all program-related transportation.
